1. Getting Started

What is Dreemo?

Dreemo is an AI-powered app that lets you create stunning images and videos from text prompts. You can also browse a community feed of AI-generated content and share your own creations.

How do I create an account?

You can sign up using:

• Email — Enter your email address and verify with a 6-digit code.
• Apple Sign In — Available on iOS devices.
• Google Sign In — Available on both iOS and Android.

Is Dreemo free to use?

Dreemo uses a credit system. New users receive starter credits upon registration. Additional credits can be earned through subscriptions or in-app purchases.

2. Generating Content

How do I generate an image?

1. Tap the Create button on the home screen.
2. Select Image as the output type.
3. Enter a text prompt describing what you want to create.
4. Choose a style or model, then tap Generate.

Each image generation costs 1 credit.

How do I generate a video?

1. Tap the Create button and select Video.
2. Enter your prompt and choose your preferred settings (resolution, duration, audio).
3. Tap Generate and wait for processing to complete.

How long does generation take?

Image generation typically takes a few seconds. Video generation may take up to a few minutes depending on resolution and duration. You will be notified when your content is ready.

Why did my generation fail?

Generations may fail if:

• Your prompt contains content that violates our usage policy.
• There was a temporary server issue — please try again.
• You have insufficient credits.

3. Credits & Subscriptions

How does the credit system work?

Credits are consumed each time you generate content:

• Image: 1 credit per image
• Video (720p, 5s, no audio): 4 credits
• Video (1080p, 5s, with audio): 16 credits
• Video (4K, 10s, with audio): 128 credits

Resolution, duration, and audio settings all affect the credit cost.

What do subscriptions include?

• Monthly subscription: 100 bonus credits per cycle
• Yearly subscription: 1,500 bonus credits per cycle

How do I restore my subscription?

Go to Settings → Subscription in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. Please contact the App Store or Google Play support for refund requests. For other billing questions, reach us at service@aiappsprint.com.

4. Account & Settings

How do I change my email address?

Currently, email addresses cannot be changed after registration. Please contact us if you need assistance.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, or email us at service@aiappsprint.com with your request. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

I forgot my password / cannot log in

If you signed up with email, use the Resend Code option on the login screen to receive a new verification code. If the issue persists, contact us at service@aiappsprint.com.

5. Content & Community

How do I share my creations?

After generating content, tap the Share button to share via other apps or save to your device's photo library.

How do I report inappropriate content?

Tap the Report option on any feed item to flag it for review. Our team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action.

What content is not allowed?

Content that is harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, or violates intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension. Please see our Terms of Service for full details.

6. Technical Issues

The app is crashing or not loading

• Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
• Close and reopen the app.
• Check for app updates in the App Store or Google Play.
• Restart your device.

Videos are not playing

Ensure you have a good internet connection. Large videos (4K) may take a moment to buffer. If playback consistently fails, try reinstalling the app.

Push notifications are not working

Go to your device's Settings → Notifications → Dreemo and make sure notifications are enabled.
