Dreemo ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Dreemo mobile application ("App"), an AI-powered platform for generating images and videos.

2. AI Data Processing

Our app uses third-party AI services provided by Seedance (ByteDance) to process user-generated content such as text or voice input. When users interact with AI features, their submitted content may be transmitted to the AI service provider solely for the purpose of generating responses.

We do not sell personal data. Data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

3. Information We Collect

Account Information

• Email address (when registering via email)
• Authentication tokens from Apple Sign In or Google Sign In
• Unique device identifier

Content You Provide

• Text prompts you enter for AI image and video generation
• Photos or videos you select from your photo library or capture with your camera, used as input for AI generation
• AI-generated images and videos produced by the App

Device & Usage Information

• Device model and operating system version
• IP address
• App usage data and crash reports

Payment Information

All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not collect or store your credit card or payment details. We only receive transaction confirmation data from the respective platform.

3. Device Permissions

The App requests the following device permissions for core functionality:

• Camera: To capture photos or videos that you choose to use as input for AI generation.
• Photo Library (Read): To allow you to select images or videos from your library as input for AI generation.
• Photo Library (Write): To save your AI-generated images and videos to your device's photo library.
• Internet: To communicate with our servers and AI generation services.

We only request these permissions when needed and do not access your camera or photo library without your explicit action.

4. How We Use Your Information

• Process your AI image and video generation requests
• Create and manage your account
• Manage credits and subscription status
• Send email verification codes and service-related notifications
• Detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive use
• Improve App performance and stability
• Comply with legal obligations

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• AI Processing (ARK / volcengine.com): Your text prompts and uploaded media are transmitted to ARK solely for the purpose of generating the requested AI content.
• Cloud Storage: Generated content and account data are stored on third-party cloud infrastructure.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, property, or user safety.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, user data may be transferred to the new entity.

6. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained while your account is active.
• Generated content: Retained until you delete it or close your account.
• Account deletion: Data is permanently deleted within 30 days of account closure.

7. Data Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication protocols, and access controls to protect your data. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

9. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn such data has been collected, we will delete it promptly.
