1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Dreemo, operated by QIKE ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Dreemo mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service & Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Dreemo is an AI-powered mobile application that enables users to generate images and videos using artificial intelligence. The App provides:

• AI image generation from text prompts or uploaded photos
• AI video generation from text prompts or uploaded media
• A credit-based system for consuming generation services
• Optional subscription plans with included credits
• Storage and management of your generated content

The app may use third-party AI providers, including Seedance (ByteDance), to process user-submitted content for generating responses.

3. AI Processing and Content

When using AI features, your submitted text, voice, or content may be transmitted to third-party AI providers solely for processing purposes. We do not sell personal data. AI-generated content is provided for informational or entertainment purposes only, and we do not guarantee its accuracy. We strive to provide a reliable service but AI generation results depend on the quality of your inputs and the capabilities of the underlying AI service. We are not liable for outputs that do not meet your expectations.

4. User Accounts

To use the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information during registration
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access to your account

5. Credits and Subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions and credit-based purchases:

• Title: Premium Subscription
• Length: Weekly / Yearly (as selected in app)
• Price: Displayed in the app at purchase
• AI video generation: 10 credits per generation
• AI image generation: 5 credits per generation
• Monthly subscription: includes bonus credits as specified in the app
• Yearly subscription: includes bonus credits as specified in the app

Subscription Terms:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

Credits and subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to those platforms' terms. Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates the rights of others
• Create non-consensual deepfakes or deceptive media of real individuals
• Generate explicit sexual content, violence, or hate speech
• Infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights
• Circumvent credit limits, payment systems, or usage restrictions
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the App without permission

7. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Input: You retain ownership of any photos, videos, or text prompts you provide. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your input solely for the purpose of generating your requested content.

Generated Content: You own the images and videos generated by the App, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

App and Platform: The App, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Dreemo and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Device Permissions

To provide its core features, the App requires access to your device's camera and photo library. These permissions are used solely for selecting or capturing media you wish to use in AI generation, and for saving generated content to your device. You may manage these permissions at any time in your device settings.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases and unused credits are forfeited, except where refunds are required by law.

10. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DREEMO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Dreemo operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through applicable legal processes in that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
